User Tiers

The API offers various access levels based on your tier. Most metrics are accessible for all users! Please, do read the terms.

Usage is measured in data points (DP). One DP equals one numeric value for one metric at one timestamp. Binned data has multiple numeric values per timestamp. Quota is charged 1:1 with DP. See FAQ for examples.

To request access to Tier 1 and Tier 2 access, email researchbitcoinnow@gmail.com with the exact subject line 'API request' to initiate the automatic onboarding process.

Tier 0
  • Access to all Tier 0 metrics (most of Bitcoin Lab data).
  • Allowed Data Points (payload) per week: 55000
  • Historical data access restricted to the past 1 years.
Tier 1
  • Access to Tier 0 and Tier 1 metrics
  • Allowed Data Points (payload) per week: 900000
  • Historical data access: No limit
Tier 2
  • Access to all Tier 0,1 and 2 metrics.
  • Allowed Data Points (payload) per week: 40000000
  • Historical data access: No limit
