Brief Description: Stock to flow derived from cointime economics.
StockToFlow_Cointime_adj, or the Cointime-Adjusted Stock-to-Flow (S2F) Ratio, is an adaptation of the traditional stock-to-flow ratio used in Bitcoin analysis. It is based on the Cointime Economic framework.
Interpretation StockToFlow_Cointime_adj provides insights into the scarcity and perceived value of Bitcoin over time, considering the time-adjusted nature of its supply and inflation.
Advanced Explanation The Cointime-Adjusted S2F Ratio adjusts the traditional stock-to-flow model to account for the unique characteristics of Bitcoin's supply and inflation. Unlike the Nominal S2F Ratio, which continually increases, the Cointime-Adjusted S2F Ratio incorporates the Cointime-adjusted inflation rate.
StockToFlow_Cointime_adj = 1 / Cointime adjusted inflation rate
