Brief Description: The ratio between Liveliness and Vaultedness.
A2V_Ratio provides insights into the macro shifts in the network's activity and inactivity. It is based on the cointime economics framework.
Interpretation A higher A2V_Ratio indicates a greater level of activity relative to inactivity, suggesting bullish market conditions with active trading and spending. In contrast, a lower A2V_Ratio suggests a dominance of inactivity, indicating bearish conditions or a market trend towards accumulation and holding.
Advanced Explanation A2V_Ratio is calculated as the ratio of Liveliness to Vaultedness. Liveliness is a measure of the Bitcoin network's activity, indicating the proportion of coinblocks destroyed relative to created. Vaultedness reflects the network's inactivity, representing stored coinblocks.
A2V_Ratio = Liveliness / Vaultedness
or
A2V_Ratio = ∑ CBD / ∑ CBS
